Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Minerals Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of mineral products such as quartz, silica, bentonite, dolomite, and other industrial minerals across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and export markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and trading partners
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and pricing terms
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Geology, or related field
- Proven experience in minerals or industrial sales (2+ years preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with international trade practices will be plus
- Willingness to travel for business development and client engagement
